Dr. Pratik Sathe is an accomplished pharmaceutical industry expert with over 25 years of experience across API manufacturing, process development, R&D, and intellectual property strategy. As the Founder of NAVAK Pharma Chem, he brings a unique blend of technical depth and strategic insight to support end-to-end pharmaceutical solutions.
He is an IICA-certified Independent Director, actively contributing to corporate governance and strategic decision-making and played a pivotal role in developing and commercializing complex APIs and intermediates, with a strong focus on sustainable, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant processes.
In addition to his industry contributions, he serves as a Visiting Faculty at SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS), where he mentors future professionals and bridges the gap between academia and industry.
